5. Prices and Payments

5.4 Payments are processed securely by Xsolla, which provides major payment methods at checkout. Cryptocurrency is not accepted. Payments are subject to Xsolla's processing terms, but these Terms govern your rights and obligations as a consumer. Current Games is not responsible for payment-processing errors or disputes handled by Xsolla or your payment provider.

5.5 Your payment provider may charge additional fees such as conversion or transaction costs, which are your responsibility. Prices exclude any local taxes you may owe outside the EU.

6. Delivery of Digital Keys

6.1 Upon payment and your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights at checkout, digital keys are delivered instantly via email or shown in your account dashboard.

6.2 You must ensure your email address is correct and accessible.

6.3 Once a key is delivered or revealed, it is considered used and non-cancellable.

6.4 We guarantee key availability. In rare cases of technical error or stock issue, we may cancel an order, notify you promptly, and issue a full refund.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU users) and comparable principles elsewhere, refunds are not available once a key is revealed or activated, provided you consented at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights.

7.2 Refunds or replacements are available if the key is not revealed and you request cancellation before delivery, or if the key is defective and fails to activate despite proper use.

7.3 Contact support@current.games within 30 days of purchase for issues. We will investigate and, where feasible, provide a replacement or refund.

9.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, excluding intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost gameplay time.

10. Fraud and Account Termination

10.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or Terms violations, after notice and an opportunity to respond where practical.

10.2 We may cancel orders involving fraudulent or unauthorized activity, including regional-restriction circumvention.

10.3 Misuse, such as commercial resale or pricing manipulation, may result in legal action.
